Since the return of Rep, people are posting more and more accounts in the Junkyard. This is great, members are getting shit for free and being happy, although leechers are a plenty. I believe a forum that is specified for accounts dumps would be appropiate. People could post their accounts there, with one thread per user. There would be a post requirement to view it, maybe 20 posts or more. Any posts with spam and no account, or posting in someone elses thread would be against the rules. Post count would not increment. Also it wouldn't be viewed without logging in to an account with the appropiate post count.
Junkyard could be cleaned up, people get free shit and +rep.

The post requirements was a total turnoff. LG would get major spam from people trying to fulfill this requirement.
People spam alot just to get get 10 post, and 20 would just make it worst.
This forum would be temporary until a system like Lucky Dip is back, but that would also involve LG gold.
God knows when we will get that back.
Plus account threads are horrible. Most people do it for the post count, and then only do one at a time to squeeze as much out as they can. Then people spam it with "thanks" and post some shitty mule they made in like one second.
Account dumps allow us to have a certain place to post dumps from crackers, RATS, and other programs/personal use.
It seems fair... But members can choose wherever they want to dump there accounts... It doesn't have to be the Junkyard... Or does it? They could always make a sub forum inside the UG section..

I've put the forum in archive mode - keeping basic chat here in case people drop by with a message. If anybody is still around happy to talk about building a small new little community, otherwise will just leave it archived.
