No survey to download sites.
UNLESS you are one of the sites programmers. Seeing people leech stuff from website like CEF but then put their own pay per download link on it is annoying. I think it is selfish.

Yes and all they do is spam the junkyard or put it in there sigs.

Sometimes people promise something and it ends up being a renamed exe file that doesn't do what it was intended to do.
If that ever were to happen they would earn money and the downloader would waste time.

1) Yes, its slightly annoying how there has been an increase in uploads to file hosts which are ppd (Pay Per Download).
2) Its ridiculously easy to bypass that. -.-

Well, if it is set to be against the rules, you do it, you get banned/infracted for doing it, and your post is removed. They dont profit from it at all.

Sadly users will most likely go "I didn't know" and / or link them through some sort of url forwarder like, linkbucks & Co.cc or something.
Just bypass it, if you don't know how google it.
You can just look at the page source for plunder.com surveys.

I don't mind the surveys as long as it's the user's work. It's a way of rewarding them for their efforts.
But when its not the users work is what I am talking about.

Its obvious most of us don't like PPD.
A rule probably won't solve anything. It's also a crappy thing to ban someone for.
Its a way some of us make an income / spare change. If their willing to be disliked for making their fellow members do a survey, Then they can do it.
Piss off. No one says, "Thank you." and all they do is complain. Why do we want to make programs for free? It some times takes us hours to make one bot that everyone gets for free.
It wouldn't hurt you a little just to spend around 30 seconds to fill out a survey with false information, submit, download, and we get a little cut out of the survey. Plus the downloader gets a cut out of the survey money as well. So it's a win win situation. Uploader gets some cash, downloader gets some cash.

You can't enforce a rule that doesn't exists. Plus I doubt Alex would really care if we uploaded to a site where you have to fill out a survey just to download.
I agree that if you are not the maker of a program and you upload it to a site where you have to complete a survey that it should be removed but if you are the maker of the program you can upload it to what ever you want.

These posts aren't really getting anywhere. Mods should close it and let an admins decide later.
Agreed, we do a lot of hard work on the bots that we release. Its Great that you could get money for your hard work, without charging members of the site.

I have a bunch of programs on my computer. But I don't want to release. (They aren't like yours anyway. You'd probably come up and release your Bot that does the same tasks + more. Its a waste of my time.)

If you guy's choose not to give me 2 seconds of your time then you don't get Hours of my time.
I make bots for close friends & for myself. I will help people that ask for it, but I don't give out sources to my programs.
Plus I hate updating them for people. (Can you add this & This? I know I haven't done anything for you before, but you should completely change your program because I ask for it.)
