Don't Suppose I could yoink someone's vBulletin/xenforo license?
For I am too poor to buy one myself. If anyone has one spare that'll be fantastic. Preferably vBulletin 5 but I'm not fussed as to what version it is. Also looking for a Xenforo license as well. So, one or the other.

Thank you.

It wouldn't be a pirated license. It'd be a copy of the entire software with the licensing part removed.

Well I have just downloaded a pirated version but I don't know how to use it because I am a derp ;-; I've tried reading it up but I just dont get it.

I would assume you just install it like any copy.

I heard that people would use a nulled copy and then a couple of months later or so, vbulletin would wipe out your forums after an email explaining why. Is it worth the risk? Because I might as well pay for it tbh :(
#12
well the only way vbulletin would know that if some one reports you using a nulled copy or your site pulls a lot of traffic.
#13
I'll have to get a legit one in case that MIGHT happen. Low chance but I'd rather be on the safe side ;-;
#14
there is free forum software too
#15
I prefer vBulletin it's got more features as well as an easy shop system and donate via paypal etc etc :P

Literally never heard of this. vB would probably send a cease-and-desist letter, but to my knowledge, there is no backdoor for vB to wipe your forum, as anyone would be able to wipe anyone's forum, and that would be dumb.

It's okay now I got a legit license and stuff :3 just waiting for the nameservers from one host to propagate to another x_x

i would have just used a nulled copy even with the free software out there you can make it look and perform like VB.

I don't think there's any free software out there that performs like vB does.
