[Release] Temperature Converter - VB

Second program using VB. Converts temperatures. Just click the tab of the conversion you want to do. Then input the number, hit convert button, results appear under button.

I add DevComponents.DotNetBar2.dll

It adds a whole bunch of new things. Everything is "updated" and looks a lot better, plus there's more customization.

Pretty nifty if I do say so myself.

Users can just go to a calculator and use the easy formula of C to F.

Yeah, I get what you're saying, but I thought it would just be a helpful converter, it's supposed to be simple.
