Besides all the user made pics, are there any official pokemon episodes that show the pikemon called ditto actuallyshowing his full body? This is one cartoon cconspiracy theory that i really want to know ?

The standard picture of ditto is his full body. Also I'm 90% sure you're talking about piglet and no they don't show him.
