Weird Pokedx Entries
I always love when I find really graphic are creepy pokedex entries.
Have you ever caught a pokemon only to be amazed at what the pokedex had to say about it?

Spoink- Spoink bounces around on its tail. The shock of its bouncing makes its heart pump. As a result, this Pokémon cannot afford to stop bouncing - if it stops, its heart will stop.

Cubone-It pines for the mother it will never see again. Seeing a likeness of its mother in the full moon, it cries. The stains on the skull it wears are from its tears. It wears its mother's skull, never revealing its true face.

Shedinja-Shedinja's hard body doesn't move - not even a twitch. In fact, its body appears to be merely a hollow shell. It is believed that this Pokémon will steal the spirit of anyone peering into its hollow body from its back.

Gengar- Sometimes, on a dark night, your shadow thrown by a streetlight will suddenly and startlingly overtake you. It is actually a Gengar running past you, pretending to be your shadow. To steal the life of its target, it slips into the prey's shadow and silently waits for an opportunity. On the night of the full moon, if shadows move on their own and laugh, it must be Gengar's doing.

Hypno- It carries a pendulum-like device. There once was an incident in which it took away a child it hypnotized.

That Cubone entry is especially morbid, lol. Never even thought to look for weird pokedex entries before, that's pretty cool.

There are a lot of them. The latest gen has a lot of stuff about death and spirits. Several pomon are pointed out to actively hunt and kill people. There are also some absurd ones like:

Lavitar-It feeds on soil. After it has eaten a large mountain, it falls asleep so it can grow.

One of my favorite pokemon needs to eat a mountain.

I read somewhere else too about the feeling you get when a Gengar is near you

The temperature drops and gets really cold, and the breeze makes your hair stand on edge.
You can feel the breath on your neck, but you can't see anything except the dimming of the lights as you choke on the heavy density lingering in the air making it nearly impossible to breath.
You can't blink, you can't speak, you can't scream and you can't cry.

I love the deep, emotional thought and distress they really put into some of the Pokemon.
I feel like each pokemon has that though, just on a different extent

Legends in snowy regions say that a woman who was lost on an icy mountain was reborn as Froslass.

Yamask-Each of them carries a mask that used to be its face when it was human. Sometimes they look at it and cry.

Cofagrigus
Grave robbers who mistake them for real coffins and get too close end up trapped inside their bodies.

There is an alternative that says they actively hunt people and turn them into mummies.
