Pokemon Black And White, 5th Generation!
New things have been leaked about this game, gameplay is still to come I believe. But the game logos have been leaked and pictures of the towns and such have been leaked.

Have you guys seen the new 5th gen yet? The picture of the one pokemon has been out for a while.

What do you guys think? Are you thinking about buying?

Also, the battling angle seems extremely different, I'm not sure if I like it. What do you guys think about that?

I personally think it's a bunch of rumors. @_@ But it's past April 10th and that was on Japanese TV so I dont get how they could be leaked if they were released just...yesterday.

Yeah, I had the same feelings, but the video said something about the fact that the pictures get leaked 5 days before they release it.

And the fact that the titles Black and White don't seem too convincing. It could possibly be a rumor.

Especially since they're usually named (with the exception of the first 3 and Firered/leafgreen) after Gems.

Very true, but, we'll know on the 15, when the "official" releases come out with gameplay and such.

Maybe they got bored of gems. XD

IF this is true, what are looking forward to in the new release? The maps in the video look a lot more extensive to me, so I'm kinda looking forward to that.

I don't know. The 3D mapping urks me a little since I'm a firm fan of the GBA games, but the gameplay looks promising enough. I guess I"m looking forward to it. What system is it for?

Pokemon is one of the games where you just want to put yourself into cryostasis and come out in 20 years time. They constantly release a new title with very little changes just to keep the members interested.

I may skip this one.

Yeah, I might too. I haven't even gotten HG or SS yet, I have to wait for my birthday.

I don't know though, seeing as like Diamond/Pearl came out, then Platinum, I wonder if there will be like: Black/White then...(Some other color)

If so, I'd probably get that one. XD

I just bought HG on Friday simply for the pokewalker. That's a gimmick that I can enjoy.

Just caught a sentret on it :B

Ah yes, the pokewalker was quite a gimmick. Although my neighbor is obsessed with it XD

It's for all versions of the the Ds.
Ds Original, Ds Lite, DSI.

So now worries.

I'll probably R4 this game if it doesn't look amazing.
Actually bought soul silver for the pokewalker, so if there isn't anything like that I'll probably save my money.

Oh and if your pokemon don't walk behind you I'm not sure I'm going to like it.
I love having my pokemon follow me.

I'm not huge on the way their mapping out the city and everything but I just like the new pokemons. Only reason I'm buying it. :D

I've skipped HG/SS, so I'll probably go straight to this. The games look amazing, they have full-body sprites AND shadows during the battles :3

Really? I mean, I want it for the new pokemon as well, but the new mapping seems cool and more in depth. Why don't you like it? D:

Attracts too much unneeded attention to it. The original pokemon games just used pokemons and training to catch your attention, not huge, super cell shaded buildings in 3d :(

Most likely for the 3DS. Normal DS cartridges dont have enough room for all that data, hence why each pokemon simply has 4-6 frames of actual movement in the games.

Oh dear, just another thing i'll have to buy. I would hope regular DS games would still be compatible.

Also, I hope they make that game too. My neighbor and i have been making up that game calling it pokemon international. XD

All the regions would be a nice feature, but if they only give you one masterball, it'd be hard to decide what legendary you want. XD

I like that idea, simply because I love the pokemon games, but it gets boring exploring just one or 2 regions.

Yea this sounds awesome! i have played / own atleast 1 game from every season, yet i dont down gold or silver (the original ones) i am extreamly exited for this and i hope it comes out soon, and for the explore more regions, they did a better job in HG and SS because atleast you have johto AND kanto!! so thats a step up from just the one region.. oh well, the games will just be more and mroe advanced as they come alone, and i love the 3d city! the graphics are amazing! but the DS and DSlite make them crappy, i want a DSI those things make the graphics amazing! especially in HG!

Definetly 3DS only, it's official. probably will be out before Xmas. It's not official, but kinda obvious.

I'm gonna buy it. I always think that they cannot ruin Pokémon more, and they are always able to. They add cool, great new game elements, but most of the new pokés looks... well bad :S But it may be only my opinion. I hope they will change the old sounds to new ones. The only thing I always hated in the games, were the sounds. Yay, I want real roaring, barking, etc ^^
