Lava stories.

What is your worst lava story?
Everyone has one!

I found an abandoned mineshaft and I was tearing it apart.
Eventually I found an opening to a huge cave where I was finding tons of diamond, coal and iron.
Then a zombie came out of nowhere and bumped me into a lava pit.

I lost like 10 diamonds, all of my pick axes, a few enchanting books and a bunch of other random supplies.

What is your story?

Explore entire cave system, all the way to diamonds. Dig down into a diamond. Fall into lava and lose it all.

That was forever ago when diamonds were the rarest item too.

That really sucks man.
I always seem to find lava shortly after I hit a jackpot of 4-6 diamonds.
Made me ragequit for a few days.

I decided it would be awesome to cover my house in lava.. I never got that house back...

It can burn any type of wooden block. But it can't burn anything else.

I was mining Obsidian and didn't check if there was lava underneath. Ended up just jumping right into the lava.

saw a pit a lava friend hit me into it ... lost alot of good things.... like diamond armor and weapons + random stuff

The classic lava story, wondering through a cave, creeper comes along blows up, least of your worries, he blew up the cave floor which happens to be only a block thick with a devilish pool of lava below </3
