Botted gold, by what means?

And yes, selling gold makes it not legit but botted gold is super not legit.

And why won't you use a MM?
this in entirely makes you sound like a super trustworthy sauce

Botted gold is probably the most legit you'd find. Anyone who didn't bot a billion gold isn't going to sell it at a competitive rate.

I don't know if he's never used a middleman before; but I can say that besides the official LG middleman, Omlett, or a staff member, TGYTG is probably who I'd ask to middleman for me. Not that I need one, being admin and all. But hypothetically.

uhhhhhh...buying or selling gold/items regardless of how you obtained it for example legally built it up over the years, used a bot to get it, found some type of exploit that allowed you to accumulate large quantities of gold or items or to access anyone's gaiaonline account, "hacked" someone, used someone's session and managed to bypass the password "check", found someone's username or password out, them giving you their username and password for personal gain are ALL rendered illegal as soon as you trade 1 gaia gold or an item to someone via real life currency.

"use bots on the site; buy, sell or trade Gaia gold for non-Gaia items (including cash) or vice versa; or attempt to hack or scam other members;" - terms of service statement

For the sake of trading them though, I think it's a totally fair assumption to base legit and not on the likelihood of it getting banned -- does Gaia know you bought or botted it, or will someone report it missing?

If Gaia doesn't know it was purchased or botted, and it wasn't taken from another user, then I'd say it's legit as far as this site's TOS goes. Of course Gaia's will say otherwise.
