Assuming you mean CAPTCHA, and no it can't. CAPTCHAs are automatic after a certain number of login attempts. Proxies would be the only feasible way, but that's extremely ineffective.

So in short, it is not (practically) possible.

Guess x amount of times switch proxy, repeat. You have a very small probability of getting it too. You would have better luck filling out the "I forgot my password form"
