Upon inspection, the account he is selling wasn't actually his own, he claims that he purchased the account from a friend who had also claimed the account was legit. Be wary when buying, if it gets banned, it is the buyer's fault and we won't intervene.

Alright i'm going to tell you this now do you know asphyx He sold me that account and told me it was legit and I beleved him because i saw his store vend log and it has every item he ever sold in it and every item he bought in it i can send you that but i can guarentee you that its not hacked.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable thus, even though that friend story was true, it wouldn't be legit.

I have to agree with Torian.
It is only legit if you are the original creator of the account, and all items/gold on the account are not scammed/hacked.

Gaia bans for suspicious activity all the time. If you promise someone that it's legit, IT DOESN"T MATTER, Gaia can still fucking ban it. Legit or not. Best friend's account or yours. Your grandma's Gaia account can be fucking banned. Even when she just gets on to talk about kittens and knitting. Gaia will find a way or reason to fucking ban anyone they want.

Thank you for backing me up but since tori said no he can't do that he shut down the store because he isn't a believer.

Legit = original person. Someone who bought from original person, voids the fact that it's legit, because it switches IP. IP switches AGAIN when the NEXT person buys it.

Multiple Gaia accounts on the same IP, can get you banned as well, FYI.
