I cant make a new paypal until the old one is deleted. My bank account was terminated because the bank was robbed. (bleh.)

I opened a new account int he bank and now, just need to spend the rest of the money left in the old account, delete it and then re-enter the info into the new one....so until I spend it, Im stuck with 1.30$
