One itzy bitzy problem....

If your Paypal gets flagged, as mine is(because I tried to get a debit card, and it said show me your DL or fuck off) then YOU can't verify it... because, it's not YOUR address, it's not YOUR bank account... ect...

But other than that... if you're using it for tiny itzy bitzy buys here and there, who cares... But I"m saying, if you're doing ANYTHING CLOSE to non legit...

Okay. When I said YOU can't verify it. I was talking to the owner of the Paypal account, not you L3ki...

I was saying, Paypal wants people to verify by Photo ID, and stuff like that, if anything happens... And if you use a fake name, fake address, ect... kinda makes it obvious if you try to show that it's your Paypal eh..?

It only gives you a Limited Paypal account.
