Well, Chow is one of the original 1.0's, or at least 2.0's, so I'm quite sure he means one of his OLD lists. Meaning, someone from Riddle's cracker, usually. So at least a year.......
Well before I cracked it, the account was inactive for about a year or 2, since I cracked it in around 07/08. It is certainly inactive.
