Yup, what ill do is give you the windows liv login, thatll login you into xboxlive.com/xbox.com.
I dont know exacltly how it works, but you trade your current xbox 360 account for your new one.

Wtf you don't trade you account, You just go to recover gamer tag in xbox dashboard where you sign in, also if you give the live id, that's your hotmail password also.

Uhmhm you can switch, your xbox live accounts n such.
