Bought gold is not legit gold.

If it is, then I would like a 100% guarantee that the gold would not be banned if I do nothing illegit with it. Such as, if I send donations out, and it gets banned, obviously it is not legit, eh.

If you didn't earn the gold by yourself it is not legit. It may be consider as secured.

You are wrong. Bye transferring that amount of gold from one account to another, your account is already flagged. By trading these items your account - and the account you traded to- are more than likely going to get banned.
This gold should be considered hacked unless in the account for more than one month without a ban.

How far does the refund go for: 1 week, 1 month, etc.?
