A few questions

Now before you get ready to yell at me, I've read the stickied threads, I know what LG gold is and all of that, I just want to know this:

For the future, what's the best way to go about trading LG for GG and such? I've read about using a middleman and all that, but what's the conversion rate I guess I could call it? I.E. how much LG does 1 GG equal?

Basically I'm just asking for tips as far as how to go about trading on the site.
