Selling a Limited USA paypal..
It was my moms.. She passed away.. YOU HAVE TO LIVE IN THE U.S IF YOU WANT TO REQUEST A CHECK OR ADD A BANK!
This account has.. $44.00.. You can request a check or add a bank..

I really dont want to request a check.. So i am just asking for $15 or $20... Pm me!

Its a paypal where you cant send it to others.. You can only withdraw it to a bank or request a check.. Learn to read.

All you of either need to shut up and not post or give him an offer. This is not a "I suspect you're scamming and I want to know your reason behind this", this is a "I'm selling a paypal account for cash because I'm underage to link the account to my bank. They can put legal action towards me if I did." So all of you need to either go question someone else, or give him a freaking offer.

Stop saying that he is a lier guys. Many people sell unverified paypals, because they can't really do anything with them. He is legit.

Sorry to burst your bubble djmax but no check can be withdrawn from an account that has been limited. Paypal may send an email saying the funds are eligible for withdrawal, but they will always say "Please verify your Account"

I have a few accounts myself which have limited access, and paypal still sends me emails that I can withdraw money. But alas it always tells me to verify my account.

I have one of those too -.-. It has like 20$ on it and I have to wait a period of time till I'll be able to use the cash online again. Anyway this is possible so guys dont be rude. Good luck selling the account! :)
