He got banned for another reason. I think it was because he got into threatening, warned to stop, continued with another user, kept at it, then got banned. Look at the thread in which they started flaming each other. Also, read Tori's post. o;

I am not detesting his ban. I am saying Rape was a part of this as well. why should only one end be punished when they were both wrong.

It's simple. Rape posted a spam post, received an infraction, he posts in JY complaining about Boob and gets banned for it.
We explain why banning Rape for personal reasons isn't acceptable as a mod and let him off with a verbal warning, we close the thread, he makes a new one about the exact same thing in public, something that should have been done in Moderator Section.
