Window Installer help with Itunes!

My windows installer is too gay to install Itunes 9.
I got it to install 6 but It can't upgrade past that.

Error message looks like

I tried going to Microsoft website, but it's been not loading forever.
Help?

Upgrade to service pack 3.

Nothing is even open..

Reboot into safemode (Press the f8 button multiple times on restarting) then install it.
