People use fake birthdays all the time.
The NX account could be hacked and if he said it was legit he could've made it when he wasn't at the age to be permitted to use his real birthday because he was too young so he put a fake birthday that allowed him to create the account. :p
edit: From what I read in your little thing, there's no red flag in it being a possible scam so far. He already gave password and I'm sure you know the username of the account already; you haven't said anything about secret answers so the person can't recover account, so I really don't see the point of this question. o;

no, he doesn't need a birthday, even for gifting NX, and hes not even trying to gift NX. so defy, shut the fuck up, your a retard. Why would he buy an account with NX, and no full information? We all love getting scammed by a password recovery.
P.s. Is there really no req for a birthday for gifting? I find that strange that they would do it for MS but not CA.
