anyone know how to do it without a real bank account or card?

Step 1: Go to Netspend.com
Step 2: Register for a Card
Step 3: Go to Tab where it says Reload Options
Step 4: Click Paypal
Step 5: Put info given into your paypal info and wait 3-5 days paypal will deposit 2 amounts they appear on your statement once netspend receives them.
Step 6: Confirm bank account (put 2 mmounts in paypals info)


NOTE:
record all info used to register at netspend!

btw sometimes it asks for social security number!

No lie. Just open a fucking bank account. You only have to be like 13 to do it. And you can make money. That you can transfer to your bank. And spend IRL.

Netspend doesn't work anymore.

i have a bank accoutn but my dad set me up with a no with draw CD account

so money is added to my account
but i cant withdraw until next year

anyways im going to try netspend
