how to add friends?

somehow i added obby as a friend. how do i ad neo? or other people? i know how to add a contact, but not a friend..

Alright go to your contacts and friends.

Type in name/user then click add as friend.

User Profile > There's a click down menu that says "User Lists" Click add friend

i dont see an "add as friend" button
