Maybe 'cause you only have 3 posts. I imagine the requires are a little tighter than that.

Oh, right. It's based on post count. Three levels of UG now. First two are post-count-based. Last is manually added.

Its auto just get 50 post then you're in the first stage of UG aka Bronze

* Bronze Underground: automatically promoted after 50 posts. This is where the basic hacks will be posted.
* Silver Underground: automatically promoted after 500 posts. This is where the decent programs will be posted.
* Gold Underground: hand picked, minimum of 1,000 posts. This is the top level below staff. The best programs will be posted here.

50 posts for basic UG, 500 for silver, 1,000+ posts and mod approval for gold and the best hax.
