Is it possible to make a paypal account that's prepaid?
Like a prepaid visa card kinda thing?
I was told you could but I checked on google and it gives me nada info.

So if it's possible to do how to you do it exactly, I had planned on buying some accounts cause I need fast cash for vending and what not~

I believe you can but only in the sense that its just hooked to an account that has x amount of money in it.

WTF are you talking about? PayPal has to be prepaid. If you don't already have the money in your account, they don't let you spend it. Hook it up to your bank account, and they let you transfer shit between your bank and your PayPal.

Is it possible to make a Paypal account with a Prepaid Visa that you buy from Walgreen's or Target.

I'm pretty sure it is possible, though I haven't tried it myself.
