You'd need someones bank account or credit card information o.o

There use to be an online bank where you make a free account and verify it there, but i think paypal stopped accepting it.

If you live in the states, take your parent to wells fargo and sign up for a free teen checking account, it's free, and it's good, so why not?

Or you can buy one of those Visa card at 7/11 or Target.
