He went all know it all on me when I tried to scam him.
His name is Gre gory, or Gr eg, Bli xt.

I have added spaces to all names and usernames just to keep him from googling and finding the forum.

You missed the perfect opportunity. He's lying out his ass, obviously only half-knowing what he's talking about. He knows enough about it to know what's possible under certain conditions (if you work for the FBI, have other powerful positions, etc.), but obviously not enough to know his own limitations. He couldn't do half of what he said, nor is it all accurate.
