I wanna know how you guys do it :]
(after shower) I put heat protection in it, then blow dry, then straighten and I'm done. Usually takes half an hour.
Color it. Shower. Put a REALLY small amount of wax through it, THEN straighten it (yes, straighten after wax, it doesn't ruin my straightener) on a heat setting of between 15-25 depending on how wet my hair is.
OH. And my hair is naturally straight. Straightening adds a half inch though, makes my hair softer, makes my hair shinier, and makes it pin-straight so that it sticks down/out w/e.
I usually keep my hair tied back in a ponytail, but when I go out I let it down and take a straightening iron to it. My hair is about shoulder length now, but I honestly am thinking about cutting short to my jawline just because its less matinence, lol.

Your hair is going to get fried up. Its bad to straighten wet hair
Anyone know a good way to kill frizz besides taking a straight iron to hair? Every time my hair dries after I wash it it frizzes so bad that it looks like I have curly hair (hence why I constantly keep it tied back)
