Meaning the account is already enabled for you to level up to 70. You just need to buy Wrath of the lich king if you want to level beyond 70. You only need to buy game time for the account which is about 27usd for two months.

There's nothing dodgy about it, it's basically ready to play you can start straight up on the server you want. Etcetc.

There's almost no way you could get banned for it. The account was only active for a month about 3/4 months ago. Even by the slightest chance it got banned, it can be recovered. But it won't have any ban rate. It's just got a few mid level characters I think on Dread maul about 30-40 ish.

Also you never stated if you were going to play the EU version or the US. If it is the US version then this account is available to use for it. If its EU you cant use this account.

No its passed the trial stage. Meaning it already has official retail wow on it, and Burning crusade. The first expansion, meaning you can do everything everyone else can do except go beyond 70. Unless you pay money for the Wrath of the Lich King expansion.
