Umm... try lowering the opacity on the blood, and adding contrast to the dude...

The Avi suggestions will be after you do that...

Could I see the psd?

Avi is fine, but low quality.

For now, stop adding text, unless you're going to make it work with the sig.

The most i've seen you do is bevel it, and it's not good that I can tell the text is there at first glance, cause it should work with the sig, or just be an afterthought.

For the siggy all you really did is darken it and make the text look more amateur.

Looks like you pretty much just took a picture and added your name to it. Plus the signature is a bit big, resizing it could help.
