That's why you use a host that has a steady uptime and has been proven as a reliable one. Or mirror your downloads.

It's not the FTP's fault someone decided to delete my shit.

he said he was going to move it so maybe he did amd our stuff is still there we just have to re do the links.

Quit being idiots. It's not reliable if it is likely to be removed under any scenario. It doesn't have to the hardware or owner's fault. Any fault.

I thought I heard his say somewhere that he backs up everything almost daily.

I didn't delete them. I do have backups but the last backup was on December 21. I will restore what I can tonight. Until then I will be going through my logs and blacklist the ip that keeps deleting all the uploads. And I will disable the public FTP account. If you want a FTP account send me a PM.
