Green Day does suck. Power chord, power chord, random power chord, lyrics about how angry we are, power chord.
Punk, which is what they are is terrible and the lowest form of music next to pop music, which is basically what it is.
You can't debate the pop music part being the lowest form of music because its part of pop culture which is not substantial of last or important.
Not all Green Day songs sound that same....that'd be the Ramones.
Just go to my music section for good music.

Beatles are by far the most overrated band ever.

How dare you make that comparison. Beatles have transcended media for 40 years now and are still popular. Madonna hasn't lasted half of that musically. She's not a musician, rather she's an icon the first to do what your Gaga is doing now. A pioneer, still remembered for being the first. Gag will fade like the hundred that came between her and Madonna.
They are far from over rated. They're tunes has resonated with millions if not billions of people for 40 years. The were over rated at their time because of the craziness of the fans who didn't listen to the music, but were using rock n roll as a way to go nuts. Its after all these years that now we hear the music and realize the genius. Paul and John were masters of lyrics, George Harrison is easily one of the greatest guitarist to ever live. He was given two takes to preform the entire record. Most people can't do what he did in two take in 30 takes.
Admittedly some of their crazy drug stuff is crazy drug stuff but even tha is decent and can't be dismissed.
