Cooking help
Pork roast, already cooked.

I want to get more flavor into it, to make it go better with rice.

I have Bouillon(spelling?) cubes, and a shit load of spices, help.

Its a bit late at this point.
You could have tried lemon juice or marinade/sauce with citrus. Gives a nice flavor.

Coffin: I soaked it in heavy broth for a minute and rolled it in fajita seasoning, came out wonderful.
