If he was going to do that, he should do it the opposite way. Apply, then transfer...

That would be smarter. I think they look at trade history and crap when they bump you up to a moderator, just to make sure you aren't a hacker or anything...

then he should us a moderatly rich account, out of all the mods ive seen most of them have expensive items befor becoming a mod ( Most of the mods don't wear them often however )

However it could be easy for an already rich account to use the marketplace X-fer as a good "Exchanger" work around

Gaia Mods have a Gold Generator. They can generate Unlimited amounts of GG within minutes...

A regular mod can not, right. But the SMod(I do believe) and Admin can.

An Smod may be able to, but I am wanting to say only that Devs and Admins can generate gold/items
