Report any posts in which you feel he is treating someone like crap. The JY isn't exactly a haven of rules; and he has been infracted in the past for lax conduct in other forums.
How exactly do you get negative rep? I can see where to click to give a +1 to any person's rep, but how would one go about giving a -1?
When you click Post Rep below a user's post, you can select Approve or Disapprove. One increases, the other decreases.
