It happens once. At 3am. Sometime between 3.
And, I try to fall asleep before 3. But I couldn't today.

Well, there's been unexplained stuff for a while, but I only notice it.

And like sometime this week, it's happened 3 times.
I'm just worried about something happening to

i'd understand why you'd be worried about yourself and i'm guessing you've probably watched the movie paranormal activity to and that might have scared you even more

if you had sleeping pills that could help to with the sleeping

i'd give you a sleeping pill if i had one but i don't :(
