minora_kitty banned for mass spamming gay porn, thus breaking the rule that members cannot be prepubescent.

I think I want to commemorate this by adding a new smiley. Suggestions?

He used to be a lot worse. I assumed he relinquished his duty when minora took it up.

Yeah TU used to be horribly annoying, but he's gotten a lot better.

Also, new smiley, how about a banhammer? It's text equivalent to post it would be :b&:

Its so users can comment that on posts they think people should be banned for, and then admins can deal with it.
