drugs are killing your braincells maybe that's why

When I'm bored I watch dumb stuff on youtube, like Nicki Minaj's live concerts.

Toke a bowl, learn python, hack Gaia. Those are my suggestions or better yet go log on a CPA site and make money for me

Marijuana Stimulates Brain Cell Growth. No bullshit. - Postmodern Moron

Taken out of context. It doesn't have long-term effects (except on the lungs Ive heard) on your brain, but this use of weed is VERY occasional for people who are actually in need of weed as medicine. People who smoke on a regular (almost addicted) basis, can cause hazards to their health and mental train of thought given too much prolonged exposure, most noteable in the later years. Personally, I don't really care much if people choose to smoke it or not, but to deny there aren't any negative effects to abuse of it would be silly. (Then again many things can be abused, pills, food, painkillers, etc.)

Everything you do in life is a health risk. Live now die later.

It's an acquired taste. Like masochism. Not that I'd know.

Being bored and high is better than being bored and not high.

Just sayin'.

Is it? Cause not high you've the potential to get up and do something productive.
High you've the potential to be entertained or eat.

High people can be productive. The reason they aren't is because they are content with not being productive. Because being bored and high is better than being bored and not high. Marijuana isn't a physical depressant.

I didn't say they couldn't be I just implied they wouldn't be which make me see it as lesser.
Plus I really don't see the pleasure in being high. I've been high on several different things and it wasn't ever that great. Certainly nothing that made me think "Yeah, I should do this more."

Not everyone is the same. There are different motivations for why people do different things. It really comes down to mindset. Similar to "fuck you" means something different from your ex who may be serious as it does from your best friend who may be joking, or why a movie may be better the second time, or how reading a good book again is like an entirely new experience. It's all about how your mind perceives the situation. Some people see it through a different perspective.
