Jokes aside, honesty is the _best_ pickup line. Show a genuine interest in their personality and not having sex with them, and it will open doors for you.
Any guy in the world would have sex with them. You aren't special. And unless you're a 10, they don't care. Because there are 10s that will have sex with them.
Sex-related pickup lines serve as ice breakers and nothing more. Calling them "pick up lines" is misleading, because they will never result in someone going home with you. Because standards.

I'm actually a fan of the Santa one, but I think ccgamer's is a bit better. Flare's is a very close second imo.
Not really. It's honest. "You're attractive and fun to be around. We should spend time together." That's not "nice guy." That's what most people want to hear. "Nice guy" is "Hey, I'll listen to you complain about your problems, but when I realize you don't plan on having sex with me, I'll be passive aggressive, judgmental, and insulting behind your back."
