Things I realized this week

-I got that the chicken joke is actually the chicken dying.
-Patrick Star is stupid because he lives under a rock.
-In Jurassic Park when they ride in the helicopter te Dr ties two female end seatbelt together as a reference to the fact all the dinosaurs are female and life finds a way.
-Lisa Simpson correctly predicted three Super Bowl wins in one episode

Why'd the chicken cross the road?

That's literally not about a chicken dying, though.

It's about the chicken crossing the road. Everyone knows chickens don't cross roads! Also the Simpsons predictions are crazy....

The amount of hipster in this is absurd.

The true definition is literally walking across the road. It's called an anti-joke, and it was one of the first popularized, which is why it is famous. Anti-jokes have become much more popular since, and the joke as it's actual anti-joke definition has become less funny to modern day society.

I feel you on that one, man. I'll see something on reddit and read the thread, and then a few days later I'll have my friend tell me he just saw it on some news site or YouTube or something, and I'm like "Yeah, I saw that posted a few days ago on Reddit." You get all of your news way faster than normal people, and you're always on the very front end of new trends haha. I have to admit though, I found Gangnam Style before Reddit did, but they found Harlem Shake before me.
