Got to admit, I'm pretty jelly.

I could have dual monitors but my desk is too small so I have no room for my old one.

Dang, that's sick. You should invest in a Desktop though, haha. You could do gaming and whatever else on a Desktop, and then use your Laptop for DJing and all of that.

Lenovo IdeaPad Y510 - It regularly got to 85 Celsius while sitting on my lap, and would crash when it hit 100 Celsius. Note that 85 Celsius is 185 Fahrenheit lol.

That laptop burned my lap so many times I lost track. It was a great laptop though, lasted ~5 years. I had gotten it for free from a friend who was sick of it.

It's weird, you'll find the oldest shit lasts the longest.

With the amount of crap I put this thing through between Producing, Photoshop, DJing, 100 tabs on my browser and playing a Game at the same time, this thing will easily heat up to over 100 and still keep kicking.

My computer only reads up to 80 celsius which is what everything excluding my HDDs heat up to when I'm playing games.

Ugh, I have to out do you, yes I do.

Uhm, fucking clean that thing and reapply thermal paste to your heatsink+cpu, you're going to fry your shit running at those temps. Your PC isn't 'not reading' , its shutting off to keep itself alive.

My CPU runs at like 32-40 degrees when hardcore gaming and my gpu like 55 at ~35% fan speed.

It's never shut off, but it does heat my room up lol.

My room is an easy 15 degrees warmer than the rest of the house haha. its nice for the winter time

Nice in the winter but awful during the summer. My desktop is only on for an extended period of time if I have some downloading to do but my laptop is always on and fortunately doesn't generate much heat.

I'm running a completely stock desktop besides adding in a Radeon HD 4870. Crappy old Pentium Dual Core with an mATX mobo. It runs at ~40-50 Celsius while playing games.

I think there's only one version of Massive. It's by Native Instruments [NI for short]

So look up "NI Massive"

And the Reason version I'm using is 5, which isn't the most updated version but I like it.

Was talking with another friend about these and he suggested trying NI FM8 as a substitute for Massive so I thought I'd pass the word along.

I still like Raivu's battle station more. Laptop + dual monitor + music > tri-monitor setup.
