We really don't. Just pointlessly fluctuating our member:mod ratio.
We'd need one more if we had more members, though.

Make someone a regular mod...
Because people won't stop bitching about how the rules aren't enforced in the JY.

Ugh i never knew people on lg can be so soft. Ill give you credit for being a caring admin atleast.
Who cares...
I would accept the job in a heartbeat.

I disagree.
There is a level of seriousness in a Moderator job, fucking that up and impulse banning someone would get me in trouble.
Getting in trouble would lead to either a bad reputation or getting banned myself.
Getting banned myself would leave me homeless.
One thing I suggest: Starting large scale arguments on purpose should be against the rules, and considered flaming. That would stop most of the bullshit that happens with Beyonce, and hopefully make everyone just get along. Also, if a thread turns into an argument thread, it should be dumped in the spam forum or locked.
I've been locking them, but kinda late at it. I tend to let them go on to see if they die out on their own, but people keep being insistent that they don't.
I am thinking it might be beneficial to have an argument subforum. If people don't like flaming, they can ignore threads that are moved/created there. If they do want to participate, they can. Seems beneficial for everyone.

Call it "The Arguments Forum" and subtitle it "for meeniez"
This question has always been raised. Even when a JY mod was first brought up in 2008. So it's not a new concept.
