Why would they pay a fine? Sounds like an empty legal threat to me. Photos and e-mails are free to be published/leaked without legal repercussion, outside of legal contracts.

It's muscle, they had to keep altering her outfit due to her losing so much weight during rehearsals (14 hour days)
