Proof that 'bowserme' is 'Luxury Penguin!'

PM he recently sent me. What it means? He made a thread a while ago here that was leaking outdated LG material that was consequently redacted by Coffin when he was a mod. He was banned for this and other escapades like multiple instances of spamming, being an idiot, etc.

I think I'm going to ban him. But since I'm feeling merciful, I'll wait until he slips up. But he raises a good point -- why was Aleena not banned for the same offense as him? Aleena has also done much more such as attempting to dox GAMEchief, selling leaked LG material, etc.

I think it was mainly lenience by Artificial and general lack of care. If Aleena comes back and pulls any more of these skiddy antics I'll probably go ahead and get rid of him. That type of member shouldn't be welcome here in the first place.

I understand where you're coming from with that joke, but Charles and others have been wanting confirmation on who bowserme is for a while now.

Just wanted it to be known who he is. But yeah, this probably would have been better off in the Moderator section. But whatever, both places seem appropriate enough.

I'm very forgiving. It's great to know who this person is, and I'll add it to their user notes for their account. But I don't necessarily agree with the notion that a previously banned member must stay banned. For example, if Aleena came back, I'd welcome them. I don't know why they were banned (were they?) (I did see there was a scam report against them; if that is why, we can just slap a trade ban on the account which prevents access to the trade forum without banning them from places where they can still contribute).

If the concern is why he was banned but Aleena wasn't, then fuck it. He can be unbanned. He just won't be allowed into UG again.

But if you're really considering unbanning someone who wasn't in any possible way contributory then I'm under the impression that you're just desperate for more members.

This guy was at best a throwaway member with no regard for rules or anything else. A mere leech. I have a feeling that you just have a "the more the merrier" philosophy going on right now.

He hasn't hurt anything. That's the philosophy. It doesn't sound like he even hurt anything before. After all, I stole access to the Arti's account and leaked the contents of every UG, staff-only, and private forum. And here I am now. Maybe I'm biased, but I don't really see leaking outdated UG content as a threat. I at least assume that Luxury Penguin posted elsewhere, such as the Junkyard. Having any discussion at all is contributory.

Might wanna review his post history. Guy only posted in the Gaia section and spammed. He was only here to look for programs (aka leech). That and stir up arguments and insult LG (i.e. his first post when he made a new account).

What Did Aleena do to get kicked out of the UG? and Aleena posted like infinity gold account worths in the EBU i got one and someone hacked towns back in the day , and it had over 6000 pages of tin hats and billions of papers D:

Aleena exploited LG, created a rip of the entire website (Including all underground forums, the moderator forum, and the administrator forum) and packaged them up in a .zip file. He then gave it to a ton of people, completely leaking anything that LG had to offer.
