Desktop thread, go!
Desktop thread used Be Active!

Little Miku rocks the fuck out when I play music and a circle eq comes up in the center of the screen too.
Cigarette actually tells time, it is untouched at the top of the hour and burns away as it passes.

Not certain about RSS feed placement. Might change it.

Your RSS should be moved a few spaces to the right and it would look good.

Here's mine, this is my laptop:

I'll post my desktop when I get a chance to. Stuck on the couch with a broken leg and my laptop right now, so I can't go over to it to take a screenshot.

Haha thanks. I was on a website the other day and there was a thread that said "The image below your post is your new wallpaper." so I tried it, and that was what I got. I was lucky enough not to get the gore or porn that some people were posting haha.

Why do more people not use the changing wallpaper of Windows 7 (and probably Vista)? Mine scrolls between like 500 high-resolution nature pics. I can't stand the repetitive. Every time I look at my desktop, it's beautiful and new and awe-inspiring.

I don't look at my desktop...

You have to look at it occasionally, like when Windows is shutting down, you click on a desktop menu icon, or use any of the dumb features people have on their desktop like news or RAM usage or internal temperature. A few brief moments of natural art is better than memes and shit, imo.

By the time the desktop is shown I'm already out of the room and I check my ram usage and crap on task manager.

I do too much to prevent my computer from lagging when I am in-game, that's why I don't do the rotating desktop.

specs ?

Game, I do the same thing on my home computer. I normally just go through and save a ton of the wallbase.cc toplist wallpapers each month, and then I have my desktop background just scroll through that folder on shuffle.

I am willing to bet there are way better things you can disable than rotating desktop. What is it like an extra 1MB of RAM?
