I think she's a joke and so are her fans by association.
Pop music isn't good. Its temporary fleeting and without meaning. Its about money and not music. Gaga isn't original she's copying Cindy Lauper who wasn't good either. And I find it outrageous she counts Queen and David Bowie as influences. She relies heavily on the computer to fix her voice and most likely has someone else write her songs. An she uses shock value to try and get fans and imitate David Bowie and Freddy Mercury wh

Wow someone really needs to do research on a person before they can say "she has no voice and cant write her songs" She was a song writer for many people before she became popular, all of her songs on both her albums were written by her (with help on the beats but thats it). And she actually does have a singing voice, listen to her acoustic version of her songs, not to mention videos of her playing at clubs.
Plus I see no problem with dressing the way she does, she gives designers some major work, so I see no problem there.

Some one has no clue about the music biz. Look a lot of artist "write their song" but don't really. Usually you're first album is original, second one sucks cause you try to keep it rolling and fail, third album is usually recover and involves ghost writers. From there you either keep going or fade away. Just the way it works. More people are involved in creating her music that you know. Hell half the time you go in to a recording studio with some loose ideas throw them at the studio musicians and engineers and say "Have fun kids." I guarantee someone else writes the music for her, then she may have some involvement in the lyrics but I assure you someone is getting paid to help her.
I don't really care if she has a singing voice its not what she uses. She puts out the computer crap on the cd and that is all that sticks, not that its going to for long. Ten years from now no one will remember terrible pop singer.
