So the 11 day fast
I was delayed due to my dad buying 24 tacos. But I started last night. My body should enter ketosis within the next two days. I actually feel really good. When youre not eating all that junk, you just think about how much you dont need it, and never will. I think this is going to be more then weight loss. Maybe ill find some peace of mind and clarity through this. I also spent the last week researching the water fast, how to amplify its affect, the positives and the negatives. This is the first nontraditional weight loss method that i've ever seen that offers more good then bad. Thats really cool C:

Discipline is good but personally I dislike the idea of messing with your metabolic system. It's not as I did research or anything, but learning that you really don't need it is a good thing because you don't. With or without fasting, when you slowly adjust yourself to live healthy, you will realize that living healthy is not just bearable, but completely fine. It becomes the new norm :D

I don't get it. Are you just fasting, or doing a ketogenic diet?

Cause if you're doing ketogenic, fasting is stupid and you need to eat your normal amount of carbohydrates in fat.

She's trying the liquid diet I suggested. Hopefully she follows what I put in my guide I posted also.

No. It can't. If you drink massive amounts of water and don't have food substitutes, like protein shakes or gatorade to replace what you lose, you can develop myponutrimia (I probably didn't spell that right).
