I just tuck mine up under my belt, so if I do get a hardon, it just isn't noticeable.
Worst when you sit and it's tucked in a pant leg or something.

I would do that, but it would bend and I'm not into the whole pain thing. Plus the uniform is thick enough to not really notice.
