Is this a member of LG that posted it? They seemed to know a bit too much about towns and such, and they link to my wiki on their profile o-o wat.

Some generic skiddy from the looks of it. I would look into the matter to affirm this (albeit I'm already confident in my assertion), but he'll probably be banned eventually anyway.
