I say shut this bitch down the only people that come here now are desperite gaia crazed 12 year olds trying to find some quick gold. Everytime i get on this site i feel like its a fucking deserted old western town where evryone has pretty much died off and tge only ones still here are the relics who used to run this town. the old lawmen the rusty old saloon owner the gold miner who cant find no damn gold. tumbleweeds and a old breeze is the onlything that runs through this place now.

Its old members coming back and new members coming in that makes a forum active. Not someone logging in for one day, posting three times, and declaring the forum dead. That doesn't help anyone.

And actually with the plot of inception it was based on the concept of planting a thought in someone's dreams so they felt as if they came up with the thought/idea/concept.
So basically inception is about starting a thought or concept.

Edit: At least in correlation to the movie.

That is what the movie is about though. It's about planting the starting idea into someone's mind.
Each layer is deeper into their subconscious. In any case it explains in the movie inception is all about that concept, since they explain you cannot make someone do something.
You can only make them consider and think the idea is their own. So it's "starting an idea". Basically if you plant a seed it will turn into a tree and all the other metaphorical bullshit.

I don't think the point is putting an idea in a dream. The whole point of the dream in a dream was to get to the subconscious level of thought. That's why they wash up on a shore, they've exited dreams and ended up in the personal actual mind, what they experence there is just how their own consciousness is interpreting the information. (I still have yet to decide if whats's his face is dreaming or not at the end.)

Read my post above. Also in my opinion it is a dream, that's why he see's his kids again, they have not aged, and he still has not seen their faces and they are wearing the same clothing, except for shoes. Still it's debatable. I liked the open ending.

That's the most true thing I've heard.

When you think about it, it's only like 40-50% of LG that even PLAYS Gaia still.

Gaia is over rated (but i still play it , fishing kills alot of time)

You know, it's funny. Lg isn't dead. There are plenty of forums on the internet that would beg for this level of traffic. Yes, we've had way more traffic before. But as long as we keep having meaningful discussion, traffic doesn't matter.

Yea, Alex was wanting to take an anti-plugin approach. And I do agree with him after all the malware. But building one from scratch will be probably. I'll have to think about having to go about arranging it.

Like I said Soulyja boy, we need to figure out something to connect everybody. RPG might be hit or miss, but like I said, I'm near certain the real issue at hand is that none of us feel like we're friends if the majority of us here don't have some kind of common interest.

I also agree with the fact as of currently our forum has no focus or direction.
I know we're a "gaming" community, but as of right now it's not really a focus.
Or more so we're not really catering to those kinds of members.
Fluttershy has a really good point. We don't really have a common "interest" that binds us all together.
To be honest, what actually is logicalgamers?
Are we a hacking website? Are we a gaming website? Are we a gaia oriented site?
We're really none of those things any more nor do we really have a niche market to cater towards.
When it was gaia people came to us for bots, selling, ect. After we stopped doing that we sort of lost our edge.
We need something that makes LG stand out compared to other forums.
We need some type of serious focus or a reason to come back...
Whether it be content, some sort of social direction, or the way we market ourselves.
